The Future of Wishing on Stars

A few words about this story and a few words for some of you who are angry.

First, this blog will return and when it does it will be a private blog that you will have to register to read.  Yes, there have been lots of delays, but real life doesn't always care about your creative processes.  Beth's Diary has continued on because I have commitments on another site for it.

To those of you who don't like it?  Fine, I never asked you to read it anyway, vampires are certainly not everyone's cup of tea, I really do understand that and I'm totally okay with it.  However, throwing a temper tantrum never gained anyone anything so I am uninviting those of you how can do nothing but spew childish hate to never come back.

I write these blogs for my own enjoyment and if someone else likes them great - if not, that's okay too.  I do not and never have done it to provide you with free entertainment that you believe allows you to say whatever you want to.  If you think writing a good story is so easy then do one yourself and see how it goes.

To those faithful readers out there, I thank you.  I think you will like what I am working on for WOS and I'll post the link for you to register with in a few weeks.

Thanks for the update, Hope. I am looking forward to this blog coming back but I completely understand life. I hope it starts getting easier on you. Until that time, I will keep reading Beth's diary :)

Well said! To those who don't like Beth's Diary, I say this - Give it a chance. The story isn't that much different than that of a "human" love story. Mick is just not quite human. It has funny moments, serious moments and incredibly romantic moments. So, if you are just not reading it because you think it is just vampires, you are sorely missing out. Just my humble opinion for what it is worth. :-)

Hope - write what you want, when you want. We will be here when you do.

Dude, I've missed something! LOL! Just thought I'd check back in and see how your world is going. Guess you've had some meanies. They can bugger off. :)

Sorry you had to endure the bad comments Hope. They don't deserve to read your WONDERFUL stories. Beth's diary is awesome and whoever is not reading it is missing out. Thanks for the update and I look forward to the return of WOS!

I just wanted to quickly say thank you all for your positive feedback and comments. Life has just gotten more complicated for me today - a job
I have had for 16 years is gone. I'm not the only one in this situation by any means but I feel stunned. After the 18th of this month it is officially done.

I will continue on and the one thing that is good is perhaps there will be a bit more time to write now. I will be around and you can always leave messages or email me at hopesjourney@gmail.com

Love to you all!

Oh gosh, Hope, I'm so sorry about your job. This economy just sucks. I will be praying that you get an even better job. I've been reading some of the other blogs, and I'm loving it. I'm out of school for two weeks so I have a little time to read. I've been sick too, so my hubby won't complain about the house being a disaster. You can check out my blog on this profile if you want to read up on what is up with me. :)

Hi Hope!!! So glad to see you here. I'm so sorry about the job. I went part-time recently so I do understand a bit.

I also understand about finding time to write. Heck, I have trouble finding time even to read Beth's Diary. (Of course, when I haven't for a while, I get the added bonus of several juicy chapters at one time. *grin*)

Can't wait to see what happens next with WOS. Again, sooooo happy to "see" you here.

I truly wish people who don't have anything nice to say would shut up! I love this blog and WMHD and Sometimes. I haven't really been into Beth's but that is my choice. Seriously, you haters out there really need to get some priorites straight!!!! So many people have stoppped writing blogs just because others can't keep negative stuff to themselves. Life is not always easy, and sometimes it is hard to find time to do all the things you want even if you really want to do them. Good for you if you have never experienced that situation! But that gives no one the right to badger someone about writing a blog.

Hope, please make sure I get on your new list, I check from time to time to see if anything new is up and would hate to miss when they do. So sorry to hear about your job as well, I sincerely wish you the best of luck!

Sorry to hear that you have had to deal with that kind of crap but that is also life, which is why you have been absent and people need to realize that. Looking forward to whatever, whenever you write it!!!!

I never get why people who don't like a Blog keep reading it and posting negative comments. If you don't like something just refrain from doing that.

Can't wait for your stories to continue. I never had time to start Beth's diary, maybe it's time to slowly catch up.

Can't wait for the blog to come back. I'm sort to hear about your job. I've had a chance to look at Beth's story and from what I've read, it's pretty good.
